Sarah and Tom celebrated their Oxfordshire marquee wedding in the beautiful riverside setting of Newbridge Farm. Months of careful planning from the States resulted in their relaxed and heartfelt nuptials unfolding on the most perfect of summer days. For our couple tying the knot was about honouring their love and commitment for one another and this could only ever be done right by sharing the occasion with everyone they cared for dearly right by their side. It was such an honour to document this beautiful day for Sarah and Tom. Some of our favourite moments from their wedding was capturing our couple simply soaking in the atmosphere, excitement and romance of the day. We hope the memories from their wedding will be a cherished foundation for many happy years together. Sarah’s style was luxurious and edgy with a stunning, 1930’s Paris inspired, Jenny Packham wedding dress design. Make-up artist Jade Amy Willis perfected Sarah’s feminine bridal beauty style and our blushing Bride completed her look with art deco details.
To marry Sarah’s glamorous style with the relaxed vibe of their countryside wedding reception Wild Lily Flowers created floral design with a rustic feel for the day. Sunflowers and sheaves of wheat were simple yet romantic.
After a touching ceremony in a beautiful village church nearby it was all about celebrating the day with their friends and family. Riverside Weddings at Newbridge Farm in the Oxford countryside was picturesque, relaxed and secluded; exactly what our couple wanted as a backdrop for their wedding festivities. Building an event from the ground up would require expert guidance and Sarah and Tom could not have picked a better team than Isobel Weddings to put together their dream Oxfordshire marquee wedding.
The informal festival vibe of the day reflected Sarah and Tom’s fun loving side. Guests sipping champagne, lounging on hay bales and indulging in lawn games on arrival kick started the party in a laid back fashion.
After sitting down to a delicious three course dinner by Tapenade, their fantastic event caterers, the evening commenced with whisky and cigars in preparation for an epic evening of good natured revelry and celebration.
