Sarah and Scott’s Barnsley House outdoor wedding fell on one balmy summer’s day in June. A sky softly overcast in the morning turned blue and finally golden by evening. A relaxed and happy atmosphere permeated the day. We adored all the beautiful details in hues of blush, gold and grey. Highlights included their handmade gold foil letterpress stationery suite and all the pretty floral touches by Flowers by Passion. Mostly we loved spending the day with this gorgeous couple. From the fun of the morning surrounded by best friends and family to the romance when Sarah and Scott could enjoy time together as husband and wife… what a gorgeous wedding it was!

“They told me that to make her fall in love, I had to make her laugh. But every time she laughs, I’m the one who falls in love.”― Tommaso Ferraris

Gurdip and Andrew’s love for laughter brought them together. They met in a comedy club in the States. With a shared interest apparent, Andrew won Gurdip’s affection when in her words: “he was funnier than the act!” They started dating and the story took a romantic twist when Andrew ended up moving job and country to be with Gurdip in England. These two soulmates tied the knot with an intimate Calcot Manor wedding this summer.

Gurdip combined red details with traditional gold jewellery on her wedding day.

Calcot Manor Conservatory Wedding Photo________P I NSite Image

Our beautiful Bride completed the look with an exquisite red bridal sari!

Flowers by Passion ensured everyone attending had a floral touch to mark the occasion.

We loved capturing Atiya and David’s Charlton Park Wiltshire wedding this summer. Our couple decided that the mother of the bride’s home, where they had got engaged, would make the perfect spot for their fabulous celebrations! Set in the idyllic English countryside it made a glorious location for family and friends to travel to from all over the world. Including many guests from America where our Bride had grown up. Our couple ensured the day was filled with memorable touches and that everyone attending had an amazing time. Thank you to Becky from Isobel Weddings for making sure that everything came together exactly as Atiya and David had envisioned. Atiya and David, we wish you nothing but happiness and much laughter for your future adventures!

Last winter we had the pleasure of being introduced to Cornwell Manor, a luxury wedding venue in Oxfordshire, through an inspirational shoot with wedding industry faves Princess Patisserie and Fabulous Flowers. The aim was to create marketing imagery that showcase Kelly and Matthew’s beautiful floral cake collaborations as well as generate some exposure in the national wedding press. The resulting photos can be seen on their websites and were published in Wedding Flowers & Accessories magazine too. We are very honoured to be the chosen photographers by our esteemed wedding industry peers. We love being involved in editorial commissions to create inspirational marketing and branding imagery for creative businesses. Here are some of our favourite photos from the day as well as an overview from Kelly of Princess Patisserie about the shoot…

Laura and Patrick are celebrating their upcoming wedding at The Manor House Hotel in Castle Combe. The proposal that led to the planning of this wonderful day happened on the canals of Venice. Patrick picked the perfect spot for the occasion but did not factor in the variables of gondola politics that would make his quest so tricky! On the first attempt a very competitive queue led to our couple missing the last boat for the day much to Patrick’s dismay and Laura’s surprise at his reaction. Undeterred the last ride for the following day was promptly secured. The next evening, finally aboard the romantic waterways, Patrick soon realised they had the most talkative gondolier in Italy! Finding a moment at last he pulled out the box containing the beautiful ring he had especially chosen for Laura. To her delight this was accompanied by a question to which she happily said yes!

Cotswold Arboretum Engagement Session Photo________P I NSite Image

For Laura and Patrick’s Cotswold arboretum engagement session we met at Westonbirt near Tetbury.

Despite the tumultuous spring weather the trees were in bloom and our couple in high spirits.

Sarah and Ian’s Slaughters Manor wedding in the Cotswolds was a day filled with poignance and beauty. Numerous details were incorporated for the sentimental significance they brought to the occasion. In memory of Sarah’s father his cufflinks were worn by her brother who would be walking her down the aisle. Plymouth gin was used for the wedding cocktails as that is where Ian’s family hails from! Then there were the many touches that added an extra dash of pretty to the day. From the stationery suite that was a labour of love by Sarah to the vintage wine crates from France that held the confetti. We loved that Sarah and Ian put so much heart into their wedding day. The story and effort behind every detail made it such a pleasure to photograph!

Sarah wanted the details of the day especially captured so we allowed ample time in the morning to do so.
